Pier

The Indian Lake Estates fishing pier is 1,000 feet long with 200′ additional in wing span.  Enjoy a nice walk with beautiful views of the lake.  Watch the beautiful sunsets or sunrises here on the shore of ILE.  The pier is the longest freshwater pier in the state of Florida!

Go Fish

Catch a great time on the shores or on the pier when you find your lucky fishing spot!  So grab your hat, rod and reel and come chase the next one that go away!

Marina Boat Slips

A community truly connected with water!  We offer the community owners access to the lake by docks, boat slips (rented), and access points for residents to launch and dock their boats and watercraft.  ILE does have rules regarding the marina are and is only accessible by residents of ILE.  There is an annual boat slip rental fee for owners in good standing, if you want to keep your boat at the marina all year long.

Lake Front Pavilion

Indian Lake Estates offers some of the most beautiful views of the lake….perfect for a birthday party, community event, company picnic, family reunion, or wedding.  The pavilion offers a covered picnic shelter, which includes picnic tables, gas grill, large grassy areas, lights, electricity, and a large kitchen with pass through window, all overlooking the water.  Reservations for residents are taken year-round on a first-come, first-served basis to residents in good standing.

Clubhouse Ballroom

You’ll find plenty of open space to host any of your most important functions.  Our beautifully appointed Ballroom is 60′ wide and 101′ deep and boasts 6,060 SF overall with newly painted walls, ceiling and refinished Terrazzo Floors that has a non slip mirror shine.

Our modern industrial steel beam ceiling is over 13 1/2′ high with a matte black finish, highlighted with a wrought Iron Chandelier in the center with Edison Bulb string lights that offer a starry night option on a dimmer switch.  We also have LED ceiling lights for a fully lighted meeting room.

Walls are a soft fossil gray with 4 over-sized windows with attractive roll down Solar shades and 2 double exit doors on each side of the ballroom. Our 11′ x 15′ Bar area is ideal for your beverage needs and we have 2 rolling food service buffet carts that can offer 1 hot buffet and 1 cold buffet service.

Our catering kitchen has plenty of counter space for assembling your food needs, full sink, stand alone ice maker, average size refrigerator/freezer and miscellaneous appliances including rolling service trays.  We do not offer a stove with hood at this time.

We now have a stage and professional sound system.

We have 12 large round tables, 6 small round tables, about 30 rectangular tables and approximately 150 chairs.  We prefer not to exceed 250 occupants in the ballroom.

The Ballroom overlooks the golf course and small lake with its own island and wooden foot bridge, where we can set up for intimate wedding ceremonies.  The large cement slabs on each side of the ballroom offers plenty of outdoor space, should you want to step outside for mingling.  There is also a few cement tables and benches for private chats on the front side of the ballroom.

Bathrooms are located just down the hall from the ballroom for your convenience as well as our other dining room, bar, office and lobby area.

Tennis & Pickleball & Basketball Court

Pickle-ball is a game that combines elements from tennis, badminton and ping-pong… and is one of the fastest-growing sports in North America! This family-friendly game is very accessible to almost everyone, regardless of age or athletic ability. Pickleball is a racquet sport in which two to four players use a Wiffle ball and composite paddles on a surface half the size of a tennis court with a net lowered to 34″ in the center. Pickleball is lots of fun for both the experienced and non-experienced!  Pickleball is provides a fun, competitive way for residents to socialize.

Tennis-We have two full size tennis courts for the residents enjoyment.

Basketball-We have two basketball nets for your enjoyment.

The grill is a great place to enjoy a wonderful meal and have good times!  Play a round a golf, stop in and have a cold beverage and a nice lunch or dinner.

Starting January 7, 2022, Karaoke the first and last Friday of every month from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm

So many great things are happening in our own library.

We have extended our hours, hoping to accommodate the people in our community that work and students who are in school.

Our Hours:

Monday:   10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Wednesday:  10:00 am – 12:00 pm

                   5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Friday:  10:00 am – 12:00 pm

The libraries floor plan has changed to accommodate new tables. With the added tables the Book Club can transition from the Terrace Room for meetings into the library. The Book Club was initiated by Laura Carter and has been a great success. If you haven’t joined the Book Club, please stop in the library to get the scoop.

The library is always in need of volunteers, please stop in and talk to one of the volunteers or seek out one of the Libraries Directors.

Clubhouse Terrace Room

We have a spacious activity, meeting, social gathering, or small banquet room for residents to reserve for their enjoyment.  Only a deposit is required for this room and it is on a first come first serve basis to residents in good standing.

We have many activities that are already scheduled in this space.  Bridge, painting, WGA & MGA luncheons, and Euchre just to name a few.

Fitness Center

Schedule to work out on your own time with our key-less entry.  Open day and night, the facility is perfect for working out solo or with friends.  So jump on board and launch a new healthier you!
